Our goal as the leadership team at Elevate is to build a longstanding company on the foundation of our mission and purpose. Our leadership team truly loves the oilfield and the people that we get to work alongside. In our collective years of experience, we have seen how powerful and redemptive our industry can be, and yet we’ve also seen how corrupt and dark it can be. We’ve seen it bring out the best in people, and we’ve seen it bring out the worst.
At its best, the oilfield has provided financial stability to countless families that otherwise would’ve been struggling to make ends meet. This prosperity has afforded future generations with opportunities to change the trajectory of their families.
The oilfield is also known for long stretches away from home, tough work environments, and other challenges that can tear individuals and their families apart.
The work we collectively do in the oilfield has the power to bridge wealth and racial gaps by unifying people with a common goal and a common sense of humanity. It also has the power to abuse those same gaps. The grit that is required to be in the field has a unique ability to forge lifelong friendships, and at the same time, it can unveil the hollow darkness of men and destroy those same relationships. We have seen how money, ego and power can reveal a company’s character. For better or worse.
Our hope, and belief, is that Elevate’s true allegiances and character are laid on a firm foundation, one that will bear fruit in the fullness of time.
Our goal is to build a great company by hard work, grace and servant leadership. Our goal is to be the best company for hard working OFS men and women, leaders and their teams. In recognition of our Founders
Craig Horn and Emily Kincaid (pictured) were founding members of the company. Their lasting impact on the company has been immeasurable. Their values, principles and leadership are deeply embedded in our culture. While we lost Emily on January 21, 2023, we pledge to uphold the values that she embraced.
