Water Transfer

Elevate is the largest service provider of 16″ layflat in the oil and gas industry, and we have a wide array of other layflat sizes, pumps, and automation technologies. No job is too big or too small.

Water Treatment and Recycling

We utilize the latest technology to treat and recycle water. This allows for better and more efficient management of our water resource. By treating and recycling water, we conserve this precious resource, reducing the environmental impact of operations and ensure a more sustainable water supply.

Secondary Containment

Our Secondary containment approach provides critical safety and environmental protection by helping to prevent spills or leaks of hazardous materials, such as oil or chemicals. It involves creating a secondary barrier or system to contain any leaks or spills that might occur from primary containment systems (like tanks or pipelines). These secondary containment efforts are a fundamental aspect of risk management in oil and gas operations, crucial for protecting both the environment and human health.

Poly Pipe

Polyethylene (PE) piping, or poly pipe, is increasingly used in oil and gas operations for various applications. Poly pipe offers several advantages over traditional materials like steel or PVC, particularly in certain circumstances. Use can include gathering lines, water injection lines, temporary pipelines and other transport activities. Overall, poly pipe is a versatile and valuable material in oil and gas operations that offers benefits in specific applications but requires careful consideration of its limitations and proper handling.

Pipeline Construction

Our pipeline construction business involves a complex series of steps designed to ensure that the pipelines are safe, reliable, and efficient for transporting hydrocarbons and other materials. These steps include, at a minimum, extensive planning, design, permitting, environmental considerations\evaluations, and construction. For us, pipeline construction is a meticulous process that requires careful planning, execution, and ongoing management to ensure safety, efficiency, and environmental protection.

Pit Lining

We use pit lining largely to protect the environment and equipment from contamination and corrosion. It involves applying a protective layer or lining to the interior surface of pits, tanks, or containment areas where fluids, chemicals, or other materials are stored or processed. These linings have a variety of uses including oil and gas processing, waste management and construction. Proper installation requires highly skilled and experienced professionals. Effective pit lining operations are a required component of environmental management and equipment protection. By selecting the appropriate materials and ensuring proper installation and maintenance, we effectively mitigate risks associated with hazardous substances and comply with regulatory requirements.

Water Sourcing

Elevate works with Landowners, the County and the State to provide industrial use water for completion operations. We have several unique water sources and leverage years of landowner relationships for our producers. Packaged with our water sourcing is right-of-way management for our surface pipelines. Elevate manages right-of-way permitting with local and state governments as well as landowner agreements appropriate for the specific area of the Basin you are operating in.

Water Line Engineering

Included with every water transfer job is custom pipeline design. Our proprietary line design utilizes friction loss, elevation change, volume requirements and pump curves to determine the most optimal route and booster pump placement. This reduces overall cost because it minimizes fuel consumption and minimizes pump stations. Elevate also offers unique automation options developed in-house to further optimize field operations.

Pump Automation Technology

We utilize pump automation to improve efficiency of operations, reliability of results and as a safety component. The technology encompasses a range of systems and tools designed to control, monitor, and optimize the performance of pumps used in processes such as oil extraction, transportation, and refining. By integrating advanced control systems, sensors, and diagnostic tools, operators can achieve better performance, lower costs, and improved safety while managing complex pumping systems.
